Swift Intelligence Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") operates the FastLink VPN application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the Service:

• Account Information: Email address and password (encrypted) when you create an account.
• Device Information: A device identifier (iOS identifierForVendor) used solely for managing multi-device access limits.
• Payment Information: Processed entirely by Apple (In-App Purchase). We do not store credit card numbers or payment details.
• Usage Metadata: Subscription status, expiry date, and membership tier. Used for service delivery only.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We maintain a strict no-logs policy. We do not collect, store, or monitor:

• Your browsing history or website visits
• DNS queries
• IP addresses assigned to you
• Connection timestamps or session duration
• Bandwidth usage per session
• Network traffic content

4. How We Use Your Information

The limited information we collect is used exclusively for:

• Providing and maintaining the VPN service
• Managing your subscription and account
• Enforcing device limits per membership tier
• Communicating important service updates

5. Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase (powered by PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security (RLS) policies. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest.

VPN connections use the VLESS + Reality protocol, providing state-of-the-art encryption that is resistant to deep packet inspection.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Apple In-App Purchase: For payment processing. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase: For secure data storage. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Update or correct your account information.
• Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
