1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FastLink VPN (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FastLink VPN is a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through secure servers to protect your online privacy and security.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

To access premium features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Subscription and Payment

• Premium features require a paid subscription (Silver or Gold tier).
• Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.
• Subscriptions are non-recurring; you purchase a fixed duration (1 week to 12 months).
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Any illegal activity under applicable Australian or international law
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Attempting to compromise the security of the Service or other users
• Sharing your account with others beyond the device limits of your tier

7. Device Limits

• Free Trial: 1 device, 3 hours of usage
• Silver: Up to 2 simultaneous devices
• Gold: Up to 3 simultaneous devices

Exceeding device limits will result in the oldest connected device being automatically disconnected.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology associated with FastLink VPN are owned by Swift Intelligence Pty Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. No refund will be issued for violations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Swift Intelligence Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
